McDowell Manufacturing is a complete, one-stop shop for your machining needs. Our goal is to produce your parts as quickly as possible to complete your prototype, get you into production, or keep your production line moving on time.

CAD/CAM design and programming 

With HYPERMILL/HYPERCAM software, we are able to design, reverse engineer, and program parts with one software, which helps lower our design-to-machined-part time.

 

Milling

Milling is our main market! We use a Daewoo (DOOSAN) ACE 50 Milling Center full 3 axis capability machine, with travel X 40 in Y 20 in Z 25 in.  As part of our continuous improvement we are hoping to purchase a 5 axis Machining center in the near future.

 

Engineering

McDowell MFG has an engineer on staff to handle the more complicated designs.
